Through his official online shop Alberto Bregani (hereinafter "the Author") offers his customers (hereinafter "the Customer”) the sale of Fine Art Prints. Each order implies the Customer’s unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which the Customer acknowledges to have taken note of.
PRECONDITION | PREMISE
Each of print is defined as a work of art (œuvres d’art*). Each print "is an artistic unicum that represents the vision and interpretation of the Author in its entirety".

General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The “Alberto Bregani Official Shop” offers B&W mountain photography enthusiasts and collectors the opportunity to buy stunning limited editions Fine Art prints selected among the most famous, appreciated mountain and landscape B&W photographs by Alberto Bregani.
1. Type of Products and Services
Alberto Bregani’s fine art prints are original works of art. Each subject is signed, numbered, within the maximum limit of 30 copies on all formats and media. Each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity numbered and signed by the Auhor. The prints are made with digital process, on papers of the highest quality on the market, in collaboration with the best partners in the sector, verified by the Author throughout their production process.
2. Visualization and rendering
The photographs displayed on this website (composition and rendering) may not correspond exactly to the final result of the purchased print, as they are reduced or resized in composition compared to the original one, for pure need of online exposure. As well as lights, shadows and contrasts, they may look different in the final print than online ones, as they are displayed through a monitor. And each monitor has a light different from the others, These miniatures, as far as they can be of good quality, are provided to the Customer for information purposes. However, they want to be representative of the product.
3. Sizes and formats
The available print formats are indicated on the page of each photograph.
Size: each size indicates the printed inked surface.
Border: each print comes with +1 cm of white border to better handle the print while framing or positioning a passe-partout
Frame: this shop does not sell framed photograph.
The framed photographs shown here are only representative of one of the possible results once the print is framed by a professional framer.
4. Pricing
The rates are indicated in Euro (€). The Author may modify them without notice.
TVA not charged: For the type of French tax profile of the Author (Artiste-Auteur Photographe) the customers won’t be charged with VAT (TVA not applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). So the final prices shown are NET.
5. Payment and Invoices
Payment of purchases is made by credit card, via Paypal or via bank transfer to the Author (in this last case on request by email to the Author, before placing any order). In the latter case, and unless otherwise specified by the Author, the products are delivered only on receipt of the total amount, which may entail an additional deadline for delivery.
The invoice corresponding to the order is always sent in electronic format to business customers, and to individuals on request

7.Customs and duty free policy
Customs and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Alberto Bregani can not provide any compensation or information regarding these fees as they differ from country to country.
8. Deterioration of the goods
The transport risk of deterioration shall be the responsibility of the carrier. The Author cannot be held responsible for the times of delivery exceeded or non-delivery for loss of the package. No compensation may be claimed for a delay in delivery or for a deteriorated circulation, because of the carrier.
9. Return of prints | Right of Withdrawal
(Droit de rétractation)
The prints are made in compliance with the highest standards of quality digital printing through reference partners of the author of the photographs, certified partners and guaranteed for quality and professionalism. However, it may happen that any inconvenience at the time of shipment, defective product, damaged or does not correspond to what was expected, is the cause of a return of the ordered print; In this case, the customer has 14 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased prints to exercise the right of withdrawal according to French law and that can be exercised only if the print is perfectly intact in all its parts (except material defect caused by a third party) and not used.
If an ordered Product does not correspond to the order as a mistake of the Author (e.g. photo subject or size as from the confirmation of purchase) or if there are defects related to the Product itself, the Customer has the right of withdrawal. The Customer informs the Author of the non-conformity of the article. He must return it in its original packaging. In this case it will be the Author who bears both the return costs incurred by the Customer and those related to the delivery of the new shipment.
10. Error of purchase by the customer
Art Prints here proposed are not in stock; each one is realized on a customer request. They are a “unique work of art”. If the Customer changes his or her mind after the order, the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code cannot be exercised by the Customer, in accordance with Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code. Anyway, the customer has 5 (five) days to request the replacement without incurring penalties (no refund) and paying only the shipping costs to send the print to the author - in perfect condition - and to receive in replacement the one requested by him. In case of receipt of a damaged package or an Art Print not in conformity with its original state, the Author may refuse the package, any exchange or refund.
11. Disputes
The parties agree that these conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, Customer and Author undertake to seek a friendly solution. Otherwise, the case will be brought before the competent court in Paris.
