Night clouds passages over Mount Pelmo; the moon lights them.
Mount Pelmo (3.168m. ) is in the very heart of The Dolomites, Unesco World Heritage. It is one of the iconic mountain of the Dolomites. It was one of the first major Dolomites peaks to be climbed, by englishman John Ball (who later became president of the UK's Alpine Club) in 1857.

This photograph has ben made in the middle of october, 2018 around Città di Fiume mountain hut, right in front of the stunning NW face of Mount Pelmo.
